And For someone to have 5M sleeping in his account, means he has means of livelihood just needed job security...

Personally I'm into phones ans gadgets business... If my prefer slot should surface today, I can easily gather the money within 2 weeks.

You cant just make conclusion like that. I know some guys who work in private companies one works in gtbank as an it-engineer,but bought slots of 5m to work in pef.
There’re lots of people like that as well , you cant beat the job security in federal agencies and we both know much pef pays.
While the other guy opted for sec cos he needs to have more time and freedom to run his side fashion business.
