gionee is better than tecno. who be tecno? have you seen any tecno phone in a well know GSM or tech review site? nigerians made techno what it is today.Gionee is an internationally recognized brand while tecno is only recognized in nigeria and other african country.Gionee held or should i say is holding the record for the world slimmest phone which is something tecno can never do.any tech savvy dude should knows this.

Gionee is better. Reasons: firstly, specification consistency, if gionee tells the world that their phone's battery is 3200mah don't expect any thing less. But tecno over hype the specs of their products at times. So after purchase u get dìsapointed. Secondly: support team, gionee has support team which makes it possible to download their device stock roms over the air incase of boot loop. But tecno no way. Thirdly: protection, some gionee phones comes with corning gorrilla glass protection. But tecno, no way not even gorrilla glass one. Fourtly: chip/ruggedness: gionee phones comes with cortex chipsets which can stand the stress of mild and heavy usage. But tecno phones are strictly mediatek which is very fragile and prone to manipulation/s.

both company uses mediatek bt gione use mediatek cortex thats why their phone are clocked at 1.3ghz, bt tecno use jst mediatek. Even the almight note 4 use qualcomm snapdrap 805 chip with cortex quad core clocked at 1.3 to 1.7 ghz.

tecno use to be on gsmarena but they were removed becos of specification inconsistency.

my broda i taya. Then for that note 4, qualcomm snapdragon is not that bad. But i expected something more, like Nvidia tegra or G-force.

note 4 is nt bad with two types (on carrying qualcomm snapdragon and the other exynos)

Gionee is by far better than tecno, gione is OEM while tecno is not, tecno simply contract out and brand it their name that is y u see many product with similar spec with tecno in the market, that is also the reason why they dont have support for their product. Gionee produces for their own brand and they also produce telecomunication equipment for other brands in usa, Russia, france and china, example is blu in united state.
