It's not about Igbo. The guy is employed on retainer basis to entertain at government house and government functions. In the past years there were even jesters in kings' courts. Aregbesola has one fellow who carries the state banner ahead of him wherever he goes. Such things tend to confer unique identity on the state. The position offers more values than several nondescript appointments we have, even at national level. Have we forgotten that this country has a Senior Special Assistant to the President on Ethics; and there's also the Special Assistant on New Media where already two Presidential Spokesmen are employed.

That's an irresponsible statement that hurts you more than your target because it exposes your mentality. Anybody that thinks the way you do should be pitied and not vilified. When you wake up to civility, the world must have moved beyond where you stand.

People should be asking for his salary figure and for what he's actually being paid to do. There are numerous ways to loot, this seems like one of them.

Plus, how is okorocha's minister of comedy position going so far? Of what value has it been to the state and the common man?

What the governor should have done is to establish a school of music where the man will working and he may also head the FLUTE department and he will be teaching any interested person .
