It is still unclear whether the felon ( Compaore) has left the country. Hopefully he will be captured and pay for the bloodshed he sponsored in Liberia, Sierra Leone and Cote d'Ivoire. |

So people are looking at the primitive goings on in Burkina faso with admiration? This sort of acts of citizenry indiscipline, which often leads to coups or civil wars, has bedeviled Africa since independence, circa 1962, why are people acting as though it is something new? Africa keeps going around and around in circles, never progressing because people, half understanding what the French revolution was about and never coming to terms with the fact that this modern era of mass communication and spheres of influence of Western powers has rendered redundant revolutions of the type seen in the past. 1 Like |

This sort of acts of citizenry indiscipline, which often leads to coups or civil wars, has bedeviled Africa since independence, circa 1962, why are people acting as though it is something new? Gods its as if Africans have reached the limits of their brain capacities and are forever doomed to repeat mistake of the past in one endless cycle of self-destruction. Africa keeps going around and around in circles, never progressing because people, half understanding what the French revolution was about and never coming to terms with the fact that in this modern era of mass communication and spheres of influence of Western powers, revolutions of the type seen in the past are rendered redundant . It is counter intuitive but to progress, RELATIVELY, Africans have to buckle down to hard work and leave their leaders alone to get on with it- coruptly or not.[/s] |

The truth is this, what you do onto others, others shall do onto you. Those countries who supported in the coup in la cote d'ivoire will go through serious crises. Countries like Senegal during Abdoulaye wade tenure and this burkina faso govt who allowed the rebels(ivory) train in burkina before they entered cote d'ivoire in 2002.I am guessing the ivorian president will fill depressed on this situation as the two(burkina n ivory) are best friends. Its good that this is happening. Blaise must go! |

Why blaming the leader of your society when they are the product or thesame spciety? dark skin people are been brainwashed more stupid religious stupidity that they failed woefully in any meaningful developmental works. the problem is not your skin colour but your brain cells that have been conditioned 5o always be a slave 1 Like |

synergycom19: what a silly comparison! !! I am not a JEG supporter since I believe he.hasn't done enough to get a second term ( I will most likely vote for buhari if he chosen by APC). But that comparison is silly. Jonathan second term ambition is within the constitution while Obasonjo ambition was greediness to the limit. |
