Elo everyone, I scored 62 and my course cutoff is 68 which is pol sci.. I want to go for coc, changing to pol sci edu, a fnd in ui told me to choose psychology but psych is a science course but still under social science... I think of switching back to pol sci in 200level but he says its impossible if its from edu.. I just need anyone help now to xplain stuffs to me...

I WAS LIKE A DOG WIT 2 TAIL. HMMM, I WROTE D PUME AND GOT 70%. AS AN ILORITE, I KNW PPLE. BLIV IT OR NOT, THE GOVERNOR OF ILORIN SIGNED MY PAPER LAST YR AND WHAT DID I GET? PLANT BIOLOGY. I GOT D ALERT ON A CERTAIN FRIDAY LAST YR. I WEPT NT BCUS OF D COURSE BT BCUS PPLE WIT LOWER SCORE GOT MBBS. SO I SAID TO MYSELF, PROPHET MUHAMMED WAS NT ACCEPTED IN HIS COUNTRY I.E MECCA. YEAH, NT UNTIL HE LEFT 4 MEDINA. STORY CONTINUES

thanks....but UI don't do that shii.....your p-utme is only considered for cutoff......the cut off is 74 and I got 75

hmm tnk God for u. But i dnt understand. I tot they calculate aggregate with jamb and waec score points.plus postume divided by 2. Or am wrong?

not anymore, as at last year, they only considered the p-utme score, you just need credit passes in the necessary subjects, and get above 200 in jamb (not you, lol)

yea your friend is actually right am a political science 100Lv,so just do as he said since psychology and political science are in the same faculty this will make the crossing-over very easy.

just chill till dey release the available courses for changes, coz I don't think psychology will be part of them.

Cos if am to wait for nysc n direct entry, i may likely start medicine in 2019!! HU has such tym to waste? I knw i can make it tru jamb n post ume n start yr one by nxt yr by God's grace. My collegues r leavin for nysc nxt yr. N av finished giving birth. So i wnt hv any p wt pregnancy n school. I heard ibadan uses waec result grading system, so i wanted to rewrite waec to clear A's n B2's. So pls be sure of d info u r givin me. Tnx.

Madam, C6 parallel in your five(5) compulsory subjects is all you need! and 200+ as your jamb score.
Then you find your way through post-ume. No aggregate whatsoever, just post-ume mark is used as cut-off.

U dnt need to waste ur time writing anoda WAEC again so long u already av ur 5 credit passes in relevant subjects at one sitting. UI has stopped using grading system since 2012. GOODLUCK!
