The microfinance bank is beside the department of fisheries and aquaculture or its better you just take drop and tell the driver where you're headed.

If you can't print ur admission letter befor its time for you to do ur clesarsance,or its displaying admission not given yet.you can go like that and explain to them.

Even a medical student in 200lv(a friend) doesn't have his admission letter yet,so dnt panick and go like dat.

you don't need to make HUNDREDS OF PHOTOCOPY my dear, when the time for final clearance comes, they'll only need few copies of o'level results, school receipts, less than 10 passport photographs, jaja card, certification letter of admission (ui's admission letter) and some other documents that would be provided. save some cash.
p.s. just make copies of all receipts to avoid stories that touch the heart
