Today I will be discussing the top 10 developing places where you can buy a plot at an affordable amount for commercial or residential purposes which you can sell later at a 1000% profit in the future.
It is no longer news that land in Ogun state is fast appreciating in value with more people buying their own land and becoming landlords. 2) Owode:: Obafemi Owode is a Local Government Area in Ogun State, Nigeria. It is made up of about 1,204 towns and villages.Its headquarters are in the town of Owode.It has an area of 1,410 km² and a population of 228,851 at the 2006 census.This place is very developed and most times when visiting the town you cannot differentiate it from Lagos

3) Atan: Atan Ota is a village located in the Ado-Odo/Ota Local Government Area which is one of the 19 Local Government Areas of Ogun State in southwest Nigeria. It is about 45 minutes drive from sango and a fast developing place. There have been several reports of land grabbing cases in Atan so be very sure that you are buying from the right source by carrying out investigations with the aid of a lawyer for any land you wish to buy

4) Igbesa: Is a town in Ota Local Government which is host to Gateway Polytechnic.
