The number of months of her pregnancy is an indication. Anyway, life is all about Karma - be ready to face the consequences of your action(s).

I will advice you keep it, talk to your mum or somebody sensible, this may be your only chance to have a baby in life. Many couple are looking for fruit of the womb, so the choice is yours...
