The issue is with all the monies earned, monies spent, reserve depleted, debt sunk despite the partial subsidy removal etc, What have that benefit our economy? Infrastructure? Manufacturing sector? All the 3 refineries promised in 2012 are comatose. We keep hearing electricity but it is worse. The countries you mentioned could pin-point what they used theirs for. Mismanagement, Oil Subsidy fraud(still ongoing), Kerosene Subsidy fraud, missing 10 billion dollars(according to iwaela), Theft and other looting is the order of the day
