There has been predictions about the breakup of the entity called Nigeria from different quarters . With predictions as close as 2015. If this happens, what happens to NL? Which faction will take over as spoils of war? Will it cease to exist as the entity called Nigeria? Will it still wax stronger as a memorial of an old relationship gone wrong? Simple, the side that retain the use of naira as legal tender will have bragging right, but it will still belong to all. Haven't you seen the competition for recognition on the forum from our brothers and sisters from Ghana presently. |

It will remain as it is. Like you said it would remain a reminder of a failed relationship. Biafrans, Ooduans, Izonites and whatever else would still come together as former Nigerians to post on nairaland. |
