If Nigerians especially Lagosians see any law enforcement officers arresting such vehicle they will rain abuses towards the officers. So by the time the officers realise that doing their job will look anti-people, they will simply turn and collect the other one.

This holds is not meant to exonerate our men in uniform but to highlight our weak point as a people.
