i hate jollof rice and white fish

tonight we will be having curryed chicken over rice. . . I cant wait till i get off in 20 mins and run home and cook.

Last night for the first time I made black eyed peas. Yep a black person that had never cooked them herself. My hubby went to a farm and had a cow killed for us and brought back the meat, I put some of that in the peas and cooked them all day. when he came home we had black eyed peas over rice. For the first time in my life two of my children said I am not eating that and had never tasted it.

I told them they would go to be bed hungry because I was not cooking anything else. They sat down and tried and came back for more. Hubby was totally surprised that it was my first time. It was sooooooooo good tasted betta then my moms.

We have farms out here where you pick em and they kill them then cut them for you. so he picked us a real nice one and he and a couple of people split the cow and we have meat for the winter. LOL
