2023 is different from 2027 and you can not refer 2023 as 2027 and so tinubu can not defeat the igbos in 2027 because we the igbos are fighting for justice ( a just cause) and fighting for what should be ours.

Tinubu have already taken 4years out of the 8 years of south east igbo presidency already and so tinubu should do the needful by choosing a igbo APC member from south east as his successor in the 2027 presidential election in Nigeria. Tinubu is a one term president.
