Ijaw militant youths kidnaps an itsekiri boat,confirmed report have it that one of the speed boat convoy escorting chief ayiri emami "bash oloye" the akulagba of warri was captured by patrolling ijaw militants on the escravos warri river sunday afternoon around 3:30pm 16th nov,although it has been confirmed that the occupants which include one mr kiki eyengho is unhurt,this has heightened tension on bothsides as the itsekiri youth vows an endless bloodbath should any itsekiri die from this onslaught.
The groundbreaking ceremony of the Delta gas city project EPZ was cancelled by president Goodluck Jonathan following threats from protesting Ijaw youths who claim non inclusion in the ongoing project.
But the itsekiri youths on the other side claims that the land belongs to ogidigben community and the ijaws are laying false claim using president jonathan as a backup to oppress the itsekiris .

Ijaws will eventually regret all this.

I also don't wish for the two ethnic groups to go into any kind of bloodbath,that would be another dent of image on Jonathan's administration when Boko haram insurgence is already there.

for past 2days the itsekiri youths hav been making plans on deadly retaliation should there be any attack from the ijaw mend youths.
i smell horrible danger ahead
