don't mind the op. There is no plan to impeach tambuwal ,not when a serious matter of national security is to be discussed .

As far as the presidency is concerned, Tambuwal is no longer a member of the house of representatives. According to them, Tambuwal has voluntarily resigned his membership of the house of representatives by the reason of switching party. That is the position of the presidency, and whether the position of the presidency is right or wrong only time will tell. The president was supposed to meet with the leadership of both chambers of the national assembly yestarday but he only invited Senator David Mark and Hon Emeka Ihedioha for the meeting. Why did he invite Ihedioha when Tambuwal was in the country? Your guess is as good as mine. Do not be surprised if u hear that security men prevent Tambuwal frm entering the national assembly tomorrow because according to the presidency he is no longer a member of the house.

Which one is your opinion?

Tambuwal will not be allowed into the House, he's no longer a member there.
He is a forgotten matter, he is non-existent in the National Assembly and that's why the executive invited Emeka yesterday to reconvene the house on Thursday on issues of urgent National Interest.
There is no losing sleep over Tambuwal on whether he'll be impeached or not, he's simply no longer a member of the HoR, and should he try to force his way into the chambers where security issues would be discussed, he'll be arrested and dealt with in accordance to the law.
The Court he went to has said, "Maintain Status-Quo", that is, things should remain the way they are (He ceases to be a Member of the HoR the moment he defected so says our constitution) and the Executive is bounded by Law to uphold the constituution)

The matter in Court was about the security details to Tambuwal which has also been struck out...!!! Next is for the HOR to do what they please about the Speaker...!!!
