New York[RR] Abuja–Apex Igbo Cultural organization, Ohaneze told reporters yesterday that, it will note endorse any presidential candidate for 2015 presidential polls, Republic Reporters has learned.

Ohaneze words: “We will support no presidential candidate. We will be neutral because Ohaneze is made of people from diverse political parties. People who belong to parties should go their parties and canvass for their own candidates. They can talk to Nigerians from their own political parties and not from Ohanaeze.

“They will be doing so from the standpoint of their party and not from Ohanaeze. The endorsement will not be obtainable. That is our agreement.”

The Apex Igbo organization said this Wednesday, as it declined to endorse President Goodluck Jonathan for re-election come 2015.
Credible sources in Ohaneze said that, “Although the motion for the adoption of President Jonathan was moved at the meeting, it was shut down by majority of Igbo leaders.

Senator Chris Ngige, representing Anambra central senatorial zone, speaking to reporters in Awka said: ”we have agreed to insulate Ohaneze from partisan politics…”, it said.

1. Ohanaeze told Ibos not to field any presidential candidate because doing so will water down the expected Ibo voting bloc for Jonathan.

2. They worked behind the scene and even gave Anambra victory to PDP against their own home grown APGA.

3. Then they folded up APGA leadership and decamped to PDP.

4. APGA is incapable of winning any election against PDP in Iboland. Thanks to Ohaneaze.

5. Ohanaeze called APC the party of Awolowo, the party of amala and ewedu, the party of Hausa and Yoruba Oligarchy.

6. PDP has told Jonathan he will not get automatic ticket, he must contest the primary.

7. A Northerner will compete the ticket with him, we all know this.

8. Suddenly....., all in a new twist....., out of nowhere....., Ohanaeze realizes its error. Chineke!!

9. Now they are changing tune and calling themselves neutrals.

What do they want those Ibo politicians instructed to step down for Jonathan to do now?

How is the Ibo bloc going to vote if a Northerner wins the primary?

Who is going to hand power over to Ibo, now or in future?

What is APGA going to do now?
