And stop shutting down the economy for half the day every month in the name of sanitation which has never made any of our cities clean since its introduction 30 yrs ago by clueless GMB. States should establish and run an Integrated Waste Management System (IWMS) not political stunts like WAI. Other cities like NYC ,Tokyo, Jo'burg,Delhi etc are not kept clean by one day per month clean up stunt. We should ask how did the drains become blocked in the first place, we should ask is it moral to flog pple for urinating in those drains when you have not provided any public toilet ? I can go on and on but really its time to start thinking with our heads not the boots

If he was interested in cleaning the gutter he won't be dressed that way he'll wear sumthng like a work cloth..I jst feel this is a cheap publicity stunt he must av seen sum1 cleaning a gutter and he seized d oppourtunity
