A boy scores 3% in English in his first term and his parents said nothing. Second term comes and he scores 4.5% and he goes on jubilating, boasting of how much progress he has made. His parents of course were speechless! They concluded that their boy now needs deliverance.

Owkay. Very nice. We've made improvements on corruption perception index.

When are they publishing the list of Stealing Perception Index?? I heard someone say what 90% of what Nigerians refer to as corruption is actually stealing.

This is the kind of news APC e minions hate to see. Nigeria is making progress. GEJ is fighting corruption in a covert manner through due process and transparent record keeping. Freedom of information at the Federal level has opened up the system.

The party where corrupt individuals are hailed as Saints. The party where the chairman of corruption himself steers the ship. A party where it's most revered Presidential Aspirant made $3billion escape from National Treasury.
The party is completely surrounded by corrupt individuals. APC has no moral authority to talk about corruption.

Another campaign-worthy "milestone".

We are slow but thank God we are not stagnant. One day, just one day, we will get there.

Well done Nigerians.

Our corruption perception has improved, I dont see how it is bad news. It is a small step in the right direction. If we had gone in the other direction in the ranking, some people would have much to say in criticism.

The ranking is somehow subjective, given the recent financial mess/scandal in public sector viz a viz; cash for arms deal, 10 billion naira spent on private jet and so on.
