Just select whichever server delivers the best ping.... For us here it is Europe... If you need people that speak English just add friends and play with them... That is what I do, I hardly ever play with Randoms

Sometimes it lags and sometimes its smooth.
I haven't seen a device at this price that handles pubg well though sad
