Leao nearly won it for us there but his attempt was deflected and hit the left post. A draw is not a bad result, especially away from home.

1-1

I want to see how pioli would set up the team against Napoli without leao
Leao would be a massive miss

Absolutely! Leao is an integral piece of what we do offensively and perhaps the most important attacking weapon. However, the power and strength of this Milan side under Pioli has been the midfield and maybe Theo from the LB.
Depending on the combination employed, Bennacer/Tonali/ Pobega/CDK dictate the flow of the game and are the guys that determine the success of our press. I expect a tough game against Napoli especially now that we will be without Leao but we can win

You have said it all
Are you seeing the Zagreb game??
Abysmal in the final third. The chance creation has actually been good but the final shot (or even getting the shot off) has been terrible

I am so irritated because this has been a recurring issue because of a lack of clinical finishers. We need all three points today, no exceptions.

Game finished 3-1. Goals by Saelesmaeker and Pobega ensured we capped a good performance with a deserved win.

Seriously it can cost us against better teams
So happy for Pobega and Alexis.
Pobega against Samp was sublime. Happy he's continuing a series of really good performances

Pobega is another testament to the youth revolution being employed by Pioli.

Right now we have Tonali (22), Leao (23), CDK (21), Brahim (23), Pobega (23), Bennacer (24), Adli (22), Dest (21), Tomori (24), Saelesmaeker (23) Kalulu (22), Gabbia (22) and Theo (24).

While I don’t think we will keep all, especially Theo and Leao next year, I am impressed that we will have enough to form the core of our teams in the future, which is helpful for, especially when you consider our financial situation.

I am very happy we have been patient with Pobega’s development. He has gone on several loans and has come back quite experienced and ready for the first team.

It’s very fortunate that we’re getting our guys CL experience; last year against teams like Liverpool and Atletico and now against bruisers like Zagreb. I think we’re really building a unit.

Leao offers so so much production for us. I know there’s talk about letting him go in Jan. I just have no idea how we fill that hole.
We have actually recruited well and I'm also looking forward to the Napoli game

Milan - Napoli.

I expect Napoli to play fast with a lot of movement. This is going to be a tough game but we are playing home and I believe we can get all 3 points.
