Anyway, it seems all the Xmas spendings didn't really do much to influence the economy positively ( too early to tell) cos Mark Carney just announced today that the inflation rate is at 0.5% (the lowest it has been in over a decade). And that looks like we're heading towards deflation like the rest of the Eurozone - scary. Low oil price is about cause another global economic crisis.
