In Ini local government area, there are 40
statutory
delegates and ad hoc delegates. Udom
Emmanuel scored
40 votes and Helen Esuene scored 1 .1 above

number of delegates. .
Uruan local government area used to have 42
statutory
delegates and ad hoc delegates before the
defection of
Hon.Kufre Etuk to the APC. All the 42 (possibly
including
Kufre Etuk )voted in the purported primaries.
Okobo local government area has 40 statutory
delegates
and ad hoc delegates, made up of 10 statutory
delegates
and 30 ad hoc delegates. Udom Emmanuel
scored 41
votes. 1 above the real number of delegates.
There are 38 delegates in Udung Uko local
government
area. 8 statutory delegates and 30 ad hoc
delegates.
Udom Emmanuel scored 36, Jerome Isangedihi
scored 1,
Effiong Abia scored 1 and 1 vote was voided,
making it a
total of 39. I above the real number of
delegates.
There are 40 statutory delegates and ad hoc
delegates in
Ikot Abasi local government area, including
Obong Nsima
Ekere and Engr Patrick Ekpo tug Udom
Emmanuel scored
40 votes. Meaning that Nsima Ekere and
Patrick Ekpotu
who weren't part of the charade were either
there in spirit
and voted in spirit against themselves or they
were
impersonated by agents of the cabal. Even the
executive
chairman of Ikot Abasi local government
council,a
statutory delegate, who were barred from
entering the
venue of the charade, was recorded to have
voted,
meaning an agent of the cabal impersonated
him or

that the

government wasn't allowed to enter the venue
of the
purported primaries.
In Uyo local government area, there are 43
statutory
delegates and ad hoc delegates, made up of 33
ad hoc
delegates and 10 statutory delegates. Udom
Emmanuel
scored 43 votes. Meaning Prince Eneobong
Eneobong, 1 of
the 10 statutory delegates, who was not part of
the
charade was impersonated or he was there in
spirit.

Akpabio is fraudster! PDP primaries in Akwa Ibom was rigged for Udom using illegitimate delegates with the support of the presidency.

Meanwhile, INEC in Akwa Ibom has refused giving out PVCs to voters so that PDP can rig the election with it! There are a lot of PVCs at INEC office and when voters go to collect it, they are told to come back every time that the person giving the PVC is not around.
