The Many Sins Of Gen Muhammadu Leko Buhari And Why Nigerians Must Vote Wisely by Emelcee: 7:14am On Dec 15, 2014
1. Gen Buhari allowed Shehu Kangiwa, the then Sokoto State Governor from 1979-1981, who conducted and supervised the famous "Bakolori Massacre" of poor peasant farmers, whose lands were seized without compensation, to remain under a very comfortable house arrest, without punishment or proper imprisonment.

2. Ikemba Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, another Igboman who had just returned from 13 years of exile in 1982, following a pardon by then president, Shehu Shangri, was as well locked up in Kiri-Kiri Prison by Buhari. Till this day, we are not told what Ojukwu's offence was.

3. Buhari's CPC loyalists massacred and lynched Nigerian youth corpers after the last election. A refined politician is expected to tender an apology on behalf of the ignorant loyalists, buhari refused to apologise. He said, the mob were angry because they felt the election was rigged. Is that sufficient to take the life of another?

4. Buhari pretended to have forgotten, his CPC party, rigged the election by registering under aged voters. He who comes to equity must come with clean hands.

5. In 1983, an article "The Mallams are Coming" written long ago in the 70's by Bisi Onabanjo, whose column Aiyekooto (parrot - known for telling the plain truth) and a later one in which Onabanjo wrote, people should watch out for that "Gangly Officer from the North" after Buhari gave a no holds barred speech at a Army function, where he openly supported only pro-Fulani and pro-Islam to the exclusion of all other ethnic groups, and the termination of democratic rule, was recalled by Buhari. For exposing that, Onabanjo got a harsh jail term and was tortured while in prison.

6. Mrs. Vera Ifudu, who was an NTA reporter, was sacked on Buhari's orders as military ruler, for reporting what Dr. Olusola Saraki had told her in an interview about how the missing, $2.8 Billion money, while buhari was petroleum minister, was traced to Buhari’s account at Midland Bank, London branch. In view of this, OBJ scraped PTF over Buhari’s misappropriation. Vera eventually won her case in court after providing evidence, and was financially compensated.

7. That obnoxious Decree 4 by buhari, against which truth was no defence, was used to jail journalists, an attempt to shut-up the media as a whole. That tyrannical legislation of buhari shows the essence of his intolerance..... facts of recent history.

8. On the 4th of September, 1984, minutes before leaving Nigeria for an extensive tour of the US, Fela Anikulapo Kuti was arrested at the airport of Lagos on orders of Buhari and was jailed for 5 years, on bogus charges under emergency law initiated by dictator buhari, which prompted the sentencing judge to later confess that, he was ordered to do so and apologised to Fela. Get Fela's (Army Arrangement) song for more expose'.

9. Against all canons of legal decency, Buhari executed Lawal Ojuolape (30), BernardOgedengbe (29) and Bartholomew Owoh (26). Toput it quite plainly, one of those three –Ogedengbe – was executed for a crime that did not carry a capital forfeit at the time it was committed.

10. Buhari was in full support of all the atrocities of Sani Abacha against the Nigerian people. There is no single record of his criticism of Sani Abacha during those dark days when Nigeria was on precipice. It shows that he is a patriot of convenience.

11. After the military government of Major-General Muhammadu Buhari took power, Prof Ambrose Ali, one time governor of (Bendel) state, who had already retired from politics, was arrested and sentenced to 100 years in prison by buhari's military tribunal over trumped up charges. He was finally freed when the Esama of Benin, Chief Gabriel Igbinedion, paid a fine to buhari'government. Ambrose Ali died shortly after his release.

12. Mallam El-rufai who now sings buhari's praise famously said on Oct, 5th 2010 that " General Buhari is perpetually unelectable because his record as military head of state and afterwards, is a warning that many nigerians in the past have wisely heeded. His insensitivity to Nigeria’s diversity and his parochial focus are already well-known."

13. El-Rufai again said: “I was 25 years old when Buhari was Head of State and now am 50+ and he still wants to be President, i don’t understand that, i don’t understand that at all and I call on young people of Nigeria to take their future into their hands and ensure in the next election, they vote for a new generation of leaders. This man should pave way for a younger blood, we don't need an old man. Its only in Nigeria that u willl see the same set of former corrupt leaders hussling to to lead evern when they keep saying that we are the leaders of tomorrow, the same story my teacher told me many years ago. Can any Nairalander gladly point out any American former leader that is still vying for the same post?

A leopard can never, ever change it's spots. Nigerians, do not be deceived, vote wisely.

I can only consider voting 4 Buhari if he assure me that groundnut oil money is what he will use to run his government. Not the other way round.

it seems you know nothing about The Nigerian civil war.compare this
This is The estimated casualties on both Both sides

Nigerian Army:25,000 - 50,000 Military casualties
Biafran Army:10,000 - 25,000 Military casualties
1–3 million civilian casualties

Source wikipedia on the Nigerian civil War.

Compare it to how many you have heard buhari has killed. Not even Boko haram can pull this off in two years.

All those things happen in military regime, we are seeing more hell in this so called democracy under jonathan. Here's an extract from a blog...

Adeyinka Grandsonwrote a new note: Bad effects of GEJ administration.

No 1. He’s the kind of president that will vote N10bn for 6 federal universities but will give N30bn for the entertainment industry. They say it is a loan but is the the entertainment industry the most endangered? What about the health and education sectors?

No 2. He’s the type of president that will vote N1.3bn for furniture in less than a year after his house was renovated for him and a similar amount spent by the deceased president on the same house? Insensitive? Selfish?

No 3. He’s the kind of president that will provide intervention fund for the textile industry and less than one week later lift the ban on the importation of textile!

No 4. He’s the kind of president that will increase the age of cars allowed into the country from 10 to 15 years when governments all over the world are spending billions to eliminate high carbon based carS from their society because of negative impact on the environment.

No 5. He’s the kind of president that will set up six universities premised on a silly reason that every state should have one, created additional three when all the existing ones are in a state of uselessness due to huge under-funding?

No 6. He’s the kind of president that will waive and allow duty free importation of rice into the country, denying our local farmers the revenue, the support and the patronage needed for growth; all in the name of politics. Even Baba Iyabo was unhappy and could not believe that we import rice with so much local production going on.

No 7. He’s the kind of president that will consider creating an airport in each state of the federation when the existing international and local ones are in ruins and taken over by goats and cows. Please visit Kano International Airport at night and see whether you won't have to read psalm 23 for safe landing.

No 8. He’s the kind of president that will spend an entire $4.5bn in excess crude oil account in less than eight months; arguing that the account is illegal but the people have not seen anything he did with the money. Na wa oh!

No 9. He’s the kind of president that will spend N10bn or N17bn on an anniversary with nothing to write home about. Ghana spent less than N200m and the impact is still on 2 years later – I still dey vex for this one!

No 10. He’s the kind of president who under the guise of raising money for election keeps the price of kerosene and AGO at over N130. Well, it’s good for the masses. Na only no queues at the filling station una dey see?

No 11. He’s the kind of president who will spend so much money on a carnival like campaign around the country without spending time to reflect on the number of children without shoes, without books and without food. Or are poverty stricken people no more in Nigeria?

In summary, the guy does not have the capacity to lead us. Many say he’s nice. That’s true but so are children; but if we allow them to lead even our houses, we can only harvest destruction.

No 12. He is kind of president that will spends 1,7 million daily on food allowance while so many citizens hardly takes food twice a day , a man wanted to jump into lagoon few months back because of lacks of what to eat.

No 13. He is kind of president that will spend 107 billion in two day to bribed the voters in a must win election, very reckless spending, and an agent of devil and the devil is ungrateful to his lord.

No 14. Nigeria successfully paid for a Chinese satellite lunched in Russia. Command centre based in UK as a result of poor electricity supply in Nigeria and the first photographs from the Satellite is not the flood in Ibadan or Lagos, Yenagoa, Kano but a view of Auckland, New Zealand! Same you can also get from"GOOGLE MAP". Epic! Only in Nigeria can such be celebrated as a LANDMARK. It take Idiots to Be Ruled By Fools.

No15. Nigeria failed federal Government led by Goodluck Jonathan has invited the America's Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Israel’s MOSSAD, the Mi5 in the United Kingdom (UK) and the Russian's KGB to provide security for Nigerians. Invited terrorist to provide security? Nigeria proclaimed independence exists only on papers. Badluck sold Nigeria finished. It takes Idiots to Be Ruled By Fools.

No16. That the Nigerian government has formally recognized the NTC (in Libya) is not only disappointing, it is appalling. This move shows that President Goodluck Jonathan and his foreign policy team are weak and incapable of complex. One of the lowest points in Nigeria’s foreign policy. Jonathan did not even bother to tell the National Assembly or the Nigerian people why he embarked on such ‘rascality’. And we now know that he did not even, as a matter of courtesy, inform his counterparts within the continent. It is a mystery why he decided to abandon the African Union’s position and arrangement. Frankly, Nigeria’s position on this matter should be roundly condemned, not just by ECOWAS and the African Union, but by all those who value good governance, truth and accountability and the sovereignty of nation-states.

No17. President Goodluck Jonathan a “spineless wimp and a coward who is willing to sacrifice the lives of Niger Delta indigenes to please the Western governments and oil companies.” Because GEJ is a puppet president represents imperialism interest.

No 18. Nigerians was commenting on a statement credited to the spokeswoman of the State Security Services, Mrs Marilyn Ogar, in which she said that over 100 Boko Haram members recently arrested in connection to the police headquarters bombing in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja would not be prosecuted but will be resolved politically. Jonathan is a coward president of Nigeria who knows maybe PDP and CIA are the Boko Haram.

No 19. Kano State governor, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso has ordered security agencies in the state to release suspected members of the Yusufiyya Movement, popularly known as Boko Haram, as well as other sect members who are currently in their custody. No single comment  no condemnation from Nigeria president and no justice for the innocent souls killed in Boko Haram bomb blast.

No 20. Throughout Libya the NATO-backed rebels are hunting down and killing the Black and Nigerians population show on CNN but the puppet president still sleeping no comment no condemnation.

The world has changed. Politicians no longer solve problems of their countries. They, now exist to loot their national treasury and enrich their family and friends. When they run out of ideas, they bomb themselves and cry terrorism. Fighting terrorism is the new way that state terrorism uses security forces to intimidate their enemies and limit the freedoms of their own citizens.

Prof. Wole Soyinka Endorses Goodluck
Jonathan For
2015
"Even though I have said it time and
time
again that the president should control his wife
but
there is
something significant about Mr.
President.
He is the first president without any ties to
the
military mafia. All his children are in
schools
here in
Nigeria. You cannot come across a skyscraper
in any
corner of Nigeria and people will tell
you it
belongs to
him; even a seven storey building. I strongly believe that GEJ is a
phenomenal
change
from before and if we cannot find a
better,
young alternative, then we must remain with
him
until we
can groom someone better.
This is no time to go back to the military
mafia and go back to our vomit"

''All Northern Muslims must know that the killings in the North
of Muslims is solely sponsored by Goodluck Jonathan.
Jonathan agreed with his people of South East and South

massacres.
Those carrying out the massacres in the different States of

a revolution must be started in the North to pave the way for
killing all our Elites.
Jonathan, assassinated Gen. Mohamme d Shuwa,

Bayero, Kwankwaso, Sultan of Sokoto, to mention but a few.
Jonathan has declared a genocide on Northern Muslims!
President Goodluck Jonathan, gave orders to the Military to
wipe off Fulanis in Nigeria.

The muslims general, Buhari said last year that ‘’an attack on Boko Haram is an attack on the North’’; in 2001, that he wanted to ‘’spread Sharia throughout the federation’’; that “Muslims should only vote for Muslims’’; that ‘’why should Christians be concerned when Muslims cut off their limbs under Sharia”; and that ‘’after all the limbs that are being cut off are Muslim ones and not Christians; so why should the Christians other about it?’’. My people, we all have been taught about the qualities of a good leader. From the above statement, does Buhari deserve to be a leader?
