1) the user interface looks bland, does not look like a real android user interface

2) WhatsApp, bbm and other apps don't work on it

3) the touchscreen does not respond well, that's because the screen used is the resistive type, not the capacitive one. That screen works only with a stylus-like thing eg piece of stick..

Other gurus can add theirs

just dial *#*#786#*#* or just ##786# , it will open rtn of the device. click view and scroll down to reconstructed status. if it says Yes, it means it is Refurbished but if it says No, you are safe then.
