So I am out of town on assignment. I am a bit bored in the hotel especially after watching the Man U - Aston Villa Match, so there is a weighing scale in my room. I decided to jump on it...to my surprise I was weighing 70kg...

So on a Saturday evening, let's let out some steam...Nlanders when was the last time you checked your weight and how many Kg was it?

I stepped on a scale two days ago and I freaked out! 75kg shocked

I used to scream at 63kg.

You sure? I used to think ( most people too, erroneously so) that more size equals good living.

Used to weigh 50kg about 3months ago....but you cant imagine the shock i found out yday.....60kg. I had to check my weight when i couldnt fit into one of my favorite dresses to church.

When last I checked 3 months ago I was weighing 118kg at the height of 6, 2" I have since hit the gym. I bet I am down to 90kg now. that"s the normal weight for my height.

People should learn how to calculate their BMI to know if they are underweight or overweight for their height. Very important for health reasons.
