It's widely accepted by HHP(hand held phones) expert that samsung androind phones are the best.the only android brand that would continue to make the mobile eco-system unbearable for apple - i forsee huawei taken that place in the nearest future.

I made this theory base on these factor.

Oga i stand to disagree .I think the hottest phones of 2014 should be the ones that brought new innovations like the galaxy note edge or the bb passport. Also those that ppl xpect the most.Ios fans were expecting the iphone 6 and the 6 plus. Google fans were xpecting the nexus devices 6 and 9 .Ion see any nexus devices on this list .Even the oppo r5 and the Motorola droid turbo wasn't included

Motorola Moto G is better than OnePlus(opo)?

The Oneplus One was nowhere to be found in the market..you can't rate something most people couldn't get their hands on,no matter how good it is..and yes the Moto G is a cracking smartphone,for the price,i know 'cause I've got one..

I totally concur with your position. The fact that tecno, infinix, gionee etc are cheap and samsung, htc, iphone are expensive does not make the former better, just that they are more affordable.
My advice, be paitent and save enough to get that needed quality and durable phone, tablet or gadgets
