At least the is still reasonable enough to know that stealing is corruption  A group under the aegis of Buhari Vendors has pledged to sell 50 million branded recharge cards nationwide in support of the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), retired General Muhammadu Buhari. The group said they would adopt strategies to create a strong and wide supply chain to make sure that it had saturated the nooks and crannies of the country with the branded recharge cards. National publicity secretary of the group, Ja’afar Ja’afar told newsmen that the group would market Buhari as a form of strong identifiable brand.
