ON SECURITY, BOKO HARAM
President Jonathan-- Vowed to end the Boko Haram insurgency by equipping the armed forces and deploying special forces to engage the terrorists. According to him, "We are re-equipping and re-positioning our armed forces to enhance their capacity to win the ongoing war against terror and insurgency. We must protect our country. We must save our people. I will do everything humanly possible to end this criminal violence in our Nation."

Muhammadu Buhari-- Bring permanent peace and solution to the insurgency issues in the North-East; the Niger Delta; and other conflict prone states in order to engender national unity and social harmony. "Terror must and will be defeated. All it requires is the political will, uncommon courage and unrelenting determination, and victory will be ours.”

ON ELECTRICITY
President Jonathan--The on-going 450MW Azura Power Plant in Edo State is a testimony to the success of this transformation. The administration has resumed development of Hydro-Power potential, with the construction of the 700MW Zungeru Hydro-Power Plant, while construction work on the 3,050MW Mambilla Hydro-Power Plant is about to take off. Power generation and distribution companies have now been privatized. The President has promised a guaranteed regular power supply in the months ahead.

ON AGRICULTURE
President Jonathan-- His vision is to create wealth for Nigerians through agriculture. His administration has focused on encouraging the private sector to boost investments in the agricultural sector. As a result, the number of seed companies rose from 5 to 80 in the past 3 years. The national food production has expanded by an additional 21 million metric tons between 2011 and 2014, a record, exceeding the set target of 20 million metric tons set for 2015. The Dangote Group, has committed to invest $US 1 billion in commercial rice production and processing. With all these developments, it is expected that Nigeria will be an exporter of rice in the next five years.

Muhammadu Buhari-- From his manifesto, "I will Modernize the sector and change Nigeria from being a country of self-subsistence farmers to that of a medium/large-scale farming nation/producer; Create a nationwide food inspectorate division with a view to improving nutrition and eliminating food-borne hazards; Inject sufficient funds to the Agricultural sector to create more agro?allied jobs by way of loans at nominal interest rates for capital investment on medium and commercial scale cash crops; Guarantee a minimum price for all cash crops and facilitate storage of agricultural products to overcome seasonal shortages of selected food crops; Move the nation to an all year round small, medium, and commercial farming through a coordinated integrative irrigation of our existing dams as well as creation of more dam to collect the over flooding waters, nationwide; Revive our Agricultural Research Institutes that are in a state of comatose; Review and strengthen Veterinary practices nationwide.

ON THE ECONOMY
President Jonathan--Our economy is heading in the right direction and our efforts are yielding positive results. In 2015, this administration will continue to lay the foundation for a vibrant economy that attracts significant Foreign Direct Investment and promotes policies that ensure economic stability. We will ensure stability in the value of the Naira by striving to take away speculative behaviours that cause market exchange pressures.

We will continue to build and maintain a healthy external reserves position and strengthen fiscal buffers. We will ensure the Naira remains strong, and gives foreign investors the clarity and certainty that they need, to guide future investment decisions. We will continue to improve our payment systems and strengthen risk-based supervision mechanism for Nigerian banks to ensure overall health and stability of the banking system.

We are introducing a broad spectrum of financial instruments to boost sector-specific enterprise areas in agriculture, Micro, Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (MSMEs), manufacturing, and oil and gas to enhance our aggregate supply capacity, reduce poverty, promote job creation and increase the general well-being of our people. These efforts and other measures being spearheaded by relevant Ministries, Departments and Agencies, are geared to ensure a secure future for Nigeria and create a much more prosperous country, where people live more peaceful and fulfilled lives.

Muhammadu Buhari-- Maintain sound Micro and macro-economic policy environment, and run an efficient government and preserve the independence of the Central Bank; Restore financial confidence in the citizens and the world, by putting in place a more robust monitoring, supervising, and regulating of the financial institutions; Make our economy one of the fastest growing emerging economies in the world with a real GDP growth averaging at least 10-12% annually. I will embark on vocational training, entrepreneurial and skills acquisition scheme for graduates along with the creation of Small Business Loan Guarantee Scheme to create at least 5 million new jobs by 2019.

ON EDUCATION
President Jonathan--We have made significant progress in improving access to primary, secondary and tertiary education by building and equipping more schools, including special Almajiri schools, and establishing additional universities to ensure that each state of the nation now has at least one Federal University.

Muhammadu Buhari--Fully review provisions of the Universal Basic Education Act with emphasis on gender equity in primary, secondary school enrolment whilst improving the quality and substance of our schools, through outcome based education, that address the individual, family, and societal roles in education; and the associative skills and competencies that go with these responsibilities

ON WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
President Jonathan-- Four years ago, I made a commitment to advance the rise and rise of womanhood. Today, I am glad that we have made remarkable progress in this regard, trusting in the potential of our women and reaping from their dedication and ingenuity. I believe that any nation that ignores womanhood cannot achieve its full potential. It is in this regard that I ensured that women were given more opportunities in government, and I have not been disappointed. Specifically, I doubled the percentage of women in the cabinet and gave them more challenging assignments. The Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), is now admitting female cadets as regular combatants and it is now possible for a woman to rise through the ranks to the peak in military service, and become a full general.

Muhammadu Buhari--Ensure the rights of women are protected as enshrined in our Constitution; Guarantee that women are adequately represented in government appointments and provide greater opportunities in education, Job creation, and economic empowerment; Recognize and protect women empowerment and gender equality with special emphasis on economic activities in the rural areas;Use the Party structures to promote the concept of reserving a minimum number of seats in the States and National Assembly, for women.

Yes, JONAH has done the best he can. I will also like him to talk about his achievement in the corruption campaign aspect and blatant disregards for constitution and rule of law. His best is not worth our expectations so we want to test someone else

CHANGE is all we clamour for
