Now as far as I'm concerned as long as he attended the school it means he presented what was satisfactory to the school. I can't answer your question right now because I don't know when I do I'll tag you and refer you to the information.

It just goes without saying that as long as he went to that school he met their requirements
so buhari can prove that he went to a war college in usa but he can't prove that he attended a secondary school in nigeria his native country! And as far as u are concerned that makes complete sense to you ?jezzzzz !!!!!!!

shaaaraap and stop displaying ur outstanding stupiidity on a public forum. War college admission isn't based on educational merit. It is the country that sends her officers to these courses,so if in ur country u allowed a cattle rearer to become a general and the nation send the person out to the war college ,the college in usa will not do any verification . They admit whatever the countries send . So stop exhibiting all these annoying stupiidity and keep shut. U are just cow like ur principals. Answer is YES. I have taken some non-certificated courses in Lagos Business School of Pan_Atlantic University where we were not required to take any examinations or tests. At the end, I was issued a CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE. In their Yearbooks, my name is there, however, I cannot go parading myself as a graduate of LBS or claiming LBS MBA just to deceive people.

Wake up and don't just swallow information hook, line, sinker, fisherman and his boot, just because a certain Buhari is involved.
Nigerians sacked Salisu Buhari (Former NASS Speaker) because of certificate scandal in 1999/2000.

History
The U.S. Army War College International Fellows Hall
of Fame was established to provide a prestigious and
visible means of honoring USAWC IF graduates who
have attained, through military merit, the highest
positions in their nation's armed forces, or who have
held an equivalent position by rank or responsibility in
a multinational organization.
Qualification
To qualify, the International Fellow must be a graduate
of the U.S. Army War College and must have
accomplished, through military merit, one of the
following:
(a) Serve as the senior officer in one of his nation's
service components.
(b) Serve in the highest command position in a
national service component or the nation's armed
forces (i.e., equivalent of CJCS, Army Chief of Staff or
Service Chief of Staff when such position entails
service component command, commanding general
- gendarmerie).
(c)Hold a position equivalent to (b) in a
multinational organization while holding a rank
equal to highest rank held in his nation's service
component (e.g. Chairman of the NATO Military
Committee, Commander of a major UN mission).
(d) Be internationally recognized as having made a
significant and enduring military or humanitarian
contribution to international peace and stability.
Nomination Process
Nominations may be made by the senior U.S. in-
country representative responsible for the U.S.
Security Assistance Program, or when more
appropriate, by the Combatant Commander of a U.S.
unified or specified command. The following
documentation should be forwarded to the
International Fellows Program, USAWC, Carlisle,
Pennsylvania 17013 with information copies to the
appropriate U.S. combatant commander:
Letter of nomination - The original must explain in
detail how the nominee qualifies for the
nomination with inclusive dates of appointment if
current. The nomination must be signed by in-
country U.S. Chief of Mission or include an
endorsement from them stating concurrence with
the nomination.
Biographical Data - A short biographic summary of
the officer's military service must be included.
Photographs - Two 8"x10" color glossy
photographs suitable for permanent display must
also be included or the electronic file (jpeg) in
order to print locally (i.e. file of at least 5
megabytes).
Clearance Process
Upon receipt of a nomination packet, the USAWC will
review it for completeness, accuracy, and suitability
then forward it to the Commandant for
recommendation. The USAWC will then forward
approved recommendations, to the Deputy Assistant
Secretary of the Army for Defense Exports and
Cooperation (DASA (DE&C)) for concurrence and
clearance by the Department of Defense and by the
Department of State. After the final approval from the
U.S. Army Chief of Staff, the USAWC will inform the
nominating agency, requesting that they obtain
approval from both the host government and the
nominee to accept the induction. The nominating
agency will advise the USAWC of acceptance, and
coordinate the induction ceremony. For nominees
disapproved by Department of the Army or who
decline induction, no further action is taken. The
Department of the Army approval process takes
approximately five to six months. The USAWC will not
schedule an induction ceremony until a nomination is
approved.

u don't even know the curriculum of a war college. A war college is not a conventional university. It is a college to train officers who are sent their by their country. All the sponsoring countries do is just forward the names of the officers who will be attending and that is all,the war college will not ask for ur secondary school results. So stop talking rubbish and think. U keep talking about a war college in the usa which is thousands of miles away yet u can't prove the secondary school he went to here. By trying to use the msc degree means that you all agree that buhari neither went to a secondary school and he hasn't got a certificate . Which means the so called honest general has been a lying cheat all along and he should never even have become a general in the first instance talkless of a president.

Oh my!! Just because it's called a war college doesn't mean all they teach them is how to clean out their guns and do pushups. This particular institution has basic requirements which he met. I don't know what the distance of the US have to do with the fact that he met their basic requirements to gain admission
