War college is not just any course. At the end of the course, you get your masters. Now ask yourself, can you get a masters without a minimum qualification ie school cert or a higher one ie a BSC or NDA as obtained by Buhari ?

Anybody that schools in the US understand that a plaque with the name of a class will only show the list of the graduating students (either as an international fellow or an instructor or whatever)

who cares if your name is in the international school of Kafanchan?

You cant even type simple and correct English and you want to see a certificate. Are you sure you wold be able to read it?

Those without certificate are even far better than some clueless Phd holders.

the prerequisite to a higher degree/diploma is your SSCE, but if you were smuggled into NDA by quota system, after maybe 2years in secondary school without even attempting WAEC, all other certificates become null, till you present the minimum certificate with is the o' levels.

now knowing all this why does the able general still find it hard to show us a copy, even if its lost, a man of his calibre can request DIRECTLY from WAEC, the worst is that the will bill you from the time issued till date, surely the ''at least'' one million naira will pay for that.

another option is to visit his secondary school, collect a testimonial or statement of result with a covering letter attached to an affidavit, they will be very willing to do so, he can even write through them to waec to request for his papers.

after NDA any other military degree is based on your country's recommendation, so you are not screened and it is a certificate course, just like your company recommending you for training overseas.

all said, I still wonder why our able general is pussyfooting about this cert issue
