Mystery! Mystery!! Mystery!!! The Word of the Lord shall be to them precepts upon precepts, teachings upon teachings and lines upon lines that they may not understand and thus fall and be taken in the snare. But to us the Church of God has been given the secrets of the Kingdom of God to know with the saints the depth, the breadth, the length and width of the riches of the Wisdom of God through His Spirit which He gives to us as the guarantee of our inheritance in Him, who help us to search the deep things of God. Amen.


Prophecies are message of God which is figurative but is made plain to the saints of God and to the people of the world remains a parable. Many sought to understand parables with the standard of education and they arrive at been confused because the unspiritual man cannot understand the things of the Spirit and again it has been written “The Spirit searches out everything even the deep things of God”. Not only have they succeeded in confusing themselves but they have succeeded twice in confusing others with their teaching.
In this study we are going to look at the meaning of prophetic words- their plain expression in the Spirit of truth.

Let me start by saying this; “To every Christain God has given the Gift of Prophecy”. Gift of prophecy is not a mount of prayer said in the name of the Father like many acclaim rather it is the just understanding of the Bible and its interpretation in the Spirit of Truth. So then God has given to every Christain the Holy Spirit and with the Holy Spirit comes the Gift of prophecy. So you and I have the Gift of Prophecy and we should exercise it with all the power the Holy Spirit mightily inspires in us.
1.TAIL
Rev 12:4 shows a dragon which in verse 9 his person was made known as Satan. The ancient serpent and the devil. He fought in heaven but was defeated. Before the fight ensued it was said that he used a weapon to sweep away the One third of the Stars of heaven which is his “Tail”. What then is this Tail? Is it a physical one like you see in the movies? How then can we avoid this tail from sweeping us off as a Christain if we do not know what it is and how it operates? But thanks to God for the Gift if prophecy.
In Isaiah 9:15 it is revealed that the tail is the prophets whose teachings are lies. But then, it is in heaven and there is no prophet then; this leaves us with the answer to the question which is “False teaching”. With his false teaching Satan turn a third of angels against God. He made them rebelled against the Almighty. On earth today, looking at it what the tail mean, we see from Isaiah 9:15 “False Prophets”; they teach lies, they teach men to practice abomination, and they teach them to rebel against God. ‘Tail’ represent False prophet with false teaching.

The weapon Satan has been using and which he is using and which he will continue to use in this time of the end is False teaching through false prophets; this has been his ancient weapon. The Lord told us plainly “False prophets shall arise” and they shall. Since we can’t stop this from happening what then shall we do? “Arm yourself with the word of truth that you may not be tossed to and fro by every wind of doctrines”.
