Koffi Annan just finish a touching lecture to Nigerian politicians on the effect of violent during and after the 2015 elections. Jega, GEJ,GMB, Ahmadu and Ameachi with their political marshals present. The will sign a code of conduct that will hold them accountable if their supporters cause violent after the elections.
