This was the fake medical report posted on social media saying Buhari had prostrate cancer. This was refuted by ABU Zaria. The funny thing is even the wrong name..The correct name is AHMADU BELLO UNIVERSITY TEACHING HOSPITAL. But the liers wrote AHMADU BELLO TEACHING HOSPITAL
