When i started baking newly, i was always scared of doing butter icing cakes. Then i thought they were extremely difficult to make and will even require more time because you have to keep working on the cake till you get a smootg finish.
Its was my friend, Nogie who encouraged me to start accepting butter cream cake jobs.
