Zuria: No God-father was ever a youth who got into power early.. Nigeria does not allow that.. Tinubu was once campaigning and fighting for the rights and freedom of the masses when he was running from Abacha's killer squad.. now he is in position to do good, he has turned into the monster he once fought 2 Likes |

ayukdaboss:And who said those donations were for Jonathan's Election Fund Raising? Get your facts right bro. Those money generated were for the construction of PDP National Secretariate not for any Election. And I'm not away there's any limitations to the amount that can be donated towards the construction of a Party's Secretariate. Even Amaechi has donated a larger sum towards the sustenance of the APC. So there's no need for a kettle calling pot black |

NairalandOP:Balderdash! Construction of what National Secretariat?? "Who you wan deceive?" PDP and all its supporters have been accusing Amaechi of donating towards APC's campaign and the young man boldly challenged you all to provide prove backing your claims. Till this day, none of you have been able to do so. You all move about with shallow baseless accusations. This is not the case for the Jonathan Thieves Club as the donations were made Public. Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) donated 500 Million Naira. PHCN is donating money for the construction of PDP National Secretariat?? Abeg go Siddon somewhere jare. 1 Like |

ayukdaboss:Stop making baseless accusations yourself. Provide proof backing your claims that the money generated is to be used for Jonathan's campaign. Do that and I will provide proof of Amaechi bankrolling APC. Kettle calling pot black . |

NairalandOP: Please, I advise you to scroll up in the above article to the provision of the constitution, on the minimum educational requirement: Section 65 (2) says a person shall be qualified for election under subsection 1 of this section if (a) he has been educated up to at least School Certificate level or its equivalent And the electoral Act: Section 31 (5) of the Act states that, “Any person who has reasonable grounds to believe that any information given by a candidate in the affidavit or any document submitted by that candidate is false may file a suit at the federal high court, High Court of a state or FCT against such person seeking a declaration that the information contained in the affidavit is false.” Show me where it specifically required the candidate to obtain/acquire let alone show/produce/submit a certificate. What it explicitly required was only for a candidate to have been educated to certificate level or its equivalent - key word here being LEVEL (and not certificate). While the electoral Act. clearly provided for submission of an Affidavit or documents (including certificates); in fact the whole process of the declaration is itself an affidavit - note how the word Affidavit was repeated twice in the same provision. TANoids are simply lacking in comprehension and allowing their emotions run away with their reasoning or otherwise being deliberately mischievous. |
