Bros, why the vex naa? grin grin

You may be right but those godfathers of today were the youths of yesterday grin grin

No God-father was ever a youth who got into power early.. Nigeria does not allow that.. Tinubu was once campaigning and fighting for the rights and freedom of the masses when he was running from Abacha's killer squad.. now he is in position to do good, he has turned into the monster he once fought

Does that means that the electoral law is not followed to the letters

That's why they did turn a blind eye to the PDP 21billion contribution

This is the problem I have with you GEJ Supporters. Big time mediocres!!! You now acknowledge the Electoral Act because it favours your warped and myopic thinking? Don't you think Patriotic Nigerians should take to court Jonathan, his fellow thieves and all PDP State Governors (Imoke and co) who donated billions of naira at Jonathan's Election Fund Raising? The Electoral Act clearly states that anyone who donates above 1 million naira is susceptible to prosecution and might even face Jail Term and this same Electoral Act was violated in the presence of Mr President with reckless abandon.

Three PDP State Governors were present donating Millions of Naira meanwhile their citizens spent the Yuletide season without Salaries. Febuary 14 should come quick so Nigerians can kick out 'cluelessness' and wickedness from power.
And who said those donations were for Jonathan's Election Fund Raising? Get your facts right bro.

Those money generated were for the construction of PDP National Secretariate not for any Election. And I'm not away there's any limitations to the amount that can be donated towards the construction of a Party's Secretariate.

Even Amaechi has donated a larger sum towards the sustenance of the APC. So there's no need for a kettle calling pot black tongue

Balderdash! Construction of what National Secretariat?? "Who you wan deceive?" PDP and all its supporters have been accusing Amaechi of donating towards APC's campaign and the young man boldly challenged you all to provide prove backing your claims. Till this day, none of you have been able to do so. You all move about with shallow baseless accusations.

This is not the case for the Jonathan Thieves Club as the donations were made Public. Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) donated 500 Million Naira. PHCN is donating money for the construction of PDP National Secretariat?? grin grin Abeg go Siddon somewhere jare.

Stop making baseless accusations yourself. Provide proof backing your claims that the money generated is to be used for Jonathan's campaign. Do that and I will provide proof of Amaechi bankrolling APC.

Kettle calling pot black tongue.

This is no surprise to me. INEC has been barred from disqualifying any candidate. It's only the political party or the courts that can do that. This was the verdict given by the Supreme Court in 2007.

This is the same issue Buhari is facing. Buhari failed to submit copies of his WASC as requested by the law. INEC noticed his defect but went ahead to list him as a contestant since they've been barred from disqualifying candidates.

It's now left for patriotic nigerians to take Buhari along other violators of the law to court and obtain the court verdict. The under-aged candidates will be disqualified by the courts. Buhari also will be disqualified by the courts unless he shows us his certificate.

are you not a patrotic Nigerian? So, what is stopping you from taking buhari to court?

Please, I advise you to scroll up in the above article to the provision of the constitution, on the minimum educational requirement:

Section 65 (2) says a person shall be qualified for election under subsection 1 of this section if (a) he has been educated up to at least School Certificate level or its equivalent

And the electoral Act:

Section 31 (5) of the Act states that, “Any person who has reasonable grounds to believe that any information given by a candidate in the affidavit or any document submitted by that candidate is false may file a suit at the federal high court, High Court of a state or FCT against such person seeking a declaration that the information contained in the affidavit is false.”

Show me where it specifically required the candidate to obtain/acquire let alone show/produce/submit a certificate.
What it explicitly required was only for a candidate to have been educated to certificate level or its equivalent - key word here being LEVEL (and not certificate).
While the electoral Act. clearly provided for submission of an Affidavit or documents (including certificates); in fact the whole process of the declaration is itself an affidavit - note how the word Affidavit was repeated twice in the same provision.

TANoids are simply lacking in comprehension and allowing their emotions run away with their reasoning or otherwise being deliberately mischievous.

every government anywhere in the world only performs their very best during the first team, this is to ensure they secure a second team in office and a name for themselves after completion of first team.

This will not only guaranty the people trust but also massive support for the government for second team election, and even for him to enjoy as saying thank you for what you have done for us.

The second team is the season of branding the image the government made for itself in first team struggle.

As far as nigeria is concern for 2009 to 2015 that is 6 years, we can boldlicaly say this is the best of jonathan. if this is the best of jonathan and the pdp we do not want them again.

What jonathan cannot do for 6years he Simply cannot do for another 4 years.

its not by force, You must be selected by the people to selves them in a public office.

bringing back jonathan will be the biggest mistake nigerians will ever make. And his second team will even be worst with what we are seeing. Jonathan has nothing new to offer and we have seen it all and his best.

Watch his campaign tricks. He is attacking personal characters rather than what he has done for good 6 years.

Let try someone else, look what jonathan has reduce nigeria to.

Think very well before making decision this february 14
honestly, i enjoy your points. Must he/they spend two tenures? If not for cynicism there shouldnt be plans for reelection. I would have loved it if pdp had presented another person. The change Nigerians are clamouring for is not peculiar to Apc but another folk.
