The 'Keeping Up with the Kardashians' star, who recently admitted she and husband Kanye West are having a "challenging" time making an attempt to give their 19-month-old female offspring, North, a sibling, wants to go nude for a risky photo-shoot to show off her next baby bump.


A supply near the 34-year-old beauty - who appeared utterly naked in Paper magazine in November, said: "Kim is determined to not gain as much weight as she did with North because she desires to appear super hot in the naked pregnant photo-shoot. Convinced she is a muse for photographers and fashion editors, Kim is planning on doing the shoot for a major magazine, and isn't opposed to doing full frontal nudity."
