There are a lot of propaganda out there, but here are facts and figures you can relate with about a man who has defied all odds to serve his generation.


1. He is the first President from a Minority tribe in Nigeria to occupy the highest office in the land. God’s doing, if you ask me.

2. President Jonathan has been the most liberal respecter of the freedom of speech in Nigeria; we have never had it this good. Everybody is freely expressing his or her minds without molestation. We all know what it use to be like.

3. No president in the history of Nigeria has made the same efforts as GEJ to develop our manpower in the Nigerian University system, we now have a dedicated account that support conference travels overseas for Nigerian lecturers, many of them have also received grant to study overseas.

4. For the first time in the history of Nigeria, we have a President that has confronted and destroyed the fertilizer Cabal holding our farmers to handsome. He confronted and ended four decades of corruption in fertilizer and seed distribution.

5. The sale of Power/energy infrastructure to private hands is the first and best move to resolve the debacle of power outages in Nigeria forever, this President did it and we now on our way to resolving the power problem forever with Secured $3 billion for investment in transmission capacity expansion through 2018.

6. It is an undeniable fact that the Nigerian rail system has been in coma for the last 30years until Goodluck Ebele Jonathan started the reforms to make our rail systems functional again. We are not yet there, but we cannot deny the facts, this man has visited and revamped a project his predecessors have ignored for several decades until he steeped up to it.

7. For the fist time in the history of Nigeria, we have a President that gives out seed money to young Nigerians to start their own business. Youwin has made a good number of Nigerian youths happy and gainfully employed.

8. President Goodluck Jonathan as initiated an aviation reform that has seen massive upgrade and renovation of all airports in Nigeria. When this work is completed, Nigerians can walk tall and proud into their airports. Having all Nigerian airports upgraded and renovated at the same time is a first in our history.

9. For the first time in the history of Nigeria, women now have their fair constitutional representation in the federal cabinet. Goodluck Jonathan is the first President to achieve this fit. He is gender sensitive.

10. For this first time in over 30years, Nigeria is celebrated as the biggest and most vibrant economy in Africa and the 26th largest economy in the world. We cannot deny these facts; the World Bank confirmed this claims. Goodluck Jonathan is clearly making efforts at stabilizing our economy and the world attests to it.
