Here is Okupe saying General Buahri is unelectable and will not be voted in amongst other things only INEC can make a call on. Openly. Okupe is a Presidential spokesperson for a PDP president. He is screaming and agitated. Please someone ensure he didnt have a heart attack and collapse. With this beserker display the delay in elections will surely be taken in bad faith.
