And Inec chairman would put his finger in his nose and say Inec is ready for election. Only God Knows what would have happen last Saturday

So inec had all these challenges and yet stupidly decided to conduct elections if not for the intervention of the military. The outcome of feb 14 elections would have chaos and multiple court cases. Thank God nigeria has a cool headed President who isn't moved by the opposition noise or pressure.

Even more than the election riggin concerns, is it also in order to keep up the myth since so called independence, that the North (Arid land) is more populated than the South

Why APC? Are they the ones controlling INEC?

It was APC game plan cos, when other political parties were complaining that the election would not hold on the the 14th February as a result of the poor distribution of the PVC, APC insisted that it must hold.they even cried fowl that PDP tried to scuttle the election for fear of loosing the election. It means APC was a brain behind the diversion of the PVC.

First APC do not control INEC. Secondly, the card reader would have detected the real owners. Thirdly and lastly, if INEC was up to something, no one would have known. He said his colleague called him.

You obviously do not read.

Not your fault really. Many people do no read articles on here any more ever since the introduction of the like and share button. You all space bookers rush to book space in an attempt to get likes.

“The constitution provides that every registered voter has the right to vote. It does not provide for the presentation of PVCs before exercising that right. So, we urge that you try as much as possible to achieve a 100 percent PVC distribution, otherwise, it will appear that INEC will be responsible for disenfranchising registered voters and this could have legal consequences and call to question the integrity of the process.”

It is a Good idea to use PVC if it available to all. However the constitution supports the voters right to vote as against the compulsory use of PVC
