The early comments blaming APC as conniving with INEC to make this mistake demonstrates how the youths surprisingly bring their emotions to bare over their rational mind.

Pathetic really!

Shame on Inec Shame on APC. Thought Inec said it was ready before 14th of Feb and APC crying foul all over. Imagine the millions that would have been disenfranchised and the embarrassment it would caused the nation.

APC does not have the interest of this nation at heart, just bitterness, anger and vengeance. Their evil plans is failing already.

Illegal immigrants with PVC in the North being repatriated.
Boko Haram being dealt with.
More GEJ supporters getting PVC, more endorsement.

Their (APC) stand against the postponement will make them lose more supporters as is happening already.

The North Even With D Insurgency Collecting The Highest Pvc. State-by-state PVC collection statistics from INEC. The highest are Nasarawa (96%), Gombe (95%), Katsina (92%), Kaduna (91%), Zamfara (90%), while the lowest are Ogun (40%), FCT (61%), Lagos (62%), Edo (64.3%), Oyo (64.9%).

The north even with the insurgency has collected it pvc , but how did they collect it when we all know that many are dead many ran to cameroun and chad #what is jega not answering or is he favouring the apc ?

The east and west has the lowest count even thou they are not having any crisis there.

jega favouring buhari as per fellow northerner

And by your estimation Ogun, Oyo, Edo and LAgos State are PDP states abi.
It is not only GEJ that is clueless, seems he has rubbed his dunceness on most of his supporters.

People in the north have their lives at stake on this election since they are the ones being killed by Boko Haram. Why wont they record higher percentage of PVC collections!. Southerners are not yet affected by this BH menace and hence they are less desperate for this election!.
Generally, all REC in the south are southerners and are all appointed by GEJ on deployed by Jega.
Jega can not sack a single Electoral commissioner, he can only deploy them to different states. He has deliberately deployed people from the south to southern states and people from the North to Northern states. If southerners are not coming out to collect their PVC , they are responsible for their actions. If southern states are not declaring holidays for PVC collection or providing other incentives to their people to collect PVC, why should the Notherners be responsible for that.!

Note that INEC will not go house to house to distribute PVCs. All it takes for all the Almajiris in the north to pursue their PVC with vigour is for the big man feeding them to make it a perequisite for the daily food they eat in his house and pronto hundres will go for their PVC.

Instead of complaining why dont you start mobilising your people to go for their PVCs and stop complaining

And as for the mistake in taking C.River PVC to Kebbi, it is still the C.Rivers REC that is responsible for requesting and ensuring his PVCs are complete as per the number of registered voters in his state!

PVC issues are present in both APC and PDP states, Ogun State, an APC state has one of the lowest PVC collection rate. If Cross River State PVCs were found in Kebbi State, they should be immediately transferred back to Cross River State for distribution, there's no time for all these useless conspiracy theories of Jega trying to disenfranchise PDP strongholds.
APC must be stopped!

interesting. Boxes with PVCs are sealed and labelled for which state it was destined to reach. This is logistics. There is a main distribution point to all states,so also from the state to assigned collection centres. When 'several' PVC boxes meant for a state get mixed up with those of another, its deliberate. From reports, % of PVCs collected in Northern part of the country is highest than any other location, with very less hiccup in distribution says a lot. There is manipulation.

Was Cross River State not written on the consignment that they were mistakenly or purposely taken to Kebbi State? Was the courier or driver of the vehicle illiterate that he cannot read? Was this move purely rigging move that the election postponement exposed? Jega! Jega!! Jega!!! How many times did I call you so? Hmmm Northerners will always remain faithful to the North.

First APC do not control INEC. Secondly, the card reader would have detected the real owners. Thirdly and lastly, if INEC was up to something, no one would have known. He said his colleague called him.

You obviously do not read.

Not your fault really. Many people do no read articles on here any more ever since the introduction of the like and share button. You all space bookers rush to book space in an attempt to get likes.
Even if the card reader detects it will the same card reader fly the cards back to CRS the same day? . Meaning one state would not have voted on valentines day,Jega also said over a million PVC were yet to be printed ooo.So much for being ready.
