The two major parties in Nigeria are APC and PDP,each of them presumably having their own share of bad eggs.

Corruption is a major canker-worm against economic development as compared to mere economic growth. A country's economy could be growing in size but would end up being a big for nothing elephant,if the available resources are not effectively and efficiently deployed.

Corruption includes stealing of public funds/embezzlement,fraud,nepotism,bribery,extortion,patronage,graft etc.

Integrity is also a major component of good governance that brings trust and confidence to the led.A leader without integrity would end up leading a government of deceit and propaganda.The synonyms of integrity include honesty, uprightness, probity, rectitude, honour, honourableness, upstandingness, good character, principle(s), ethics, morals, righteousness, morality, nobility, high-mindedness, right-mindedness, noble-mindedness, virtue, decency, fairness, scrupulousness, sincerity, truthfulness, trustworthiness.


Leadership has been described as "a process of social influence in which a person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task". According to the idea of transformational leadership , an effective leader is a person who does the following: Creates an inspiring vision of the future. Motivates and inspires people to engage with that vision.

Leadership skills and styles may vary, but all good leaders have one thing in common.Good leaders are ambitious,relentless and posses good attitude.They are in touch with their people and they lead by example.


Accountability is another critical component of good governance.It is described as the obligation of an individual,government or any organization, to account for its activities, accept responsibility for them, and to disclose the results in a transparent manner. It also includes the responsibility for money or other entrusted property.


A bad egg can refer to any person or group that is deficient in most of the above factors.

APC of course, reason ?there is no fresh politician in APC,just check the records ,almost all of them belonged to some party (s) especially PDP ,either driven out by greed,corruption, embezzlement and all manner of attrocities ..

APC...god forbid bad thing if they should win the election...Alpha beta go they collect toll on all the roads and bridges built by the fed Gov... ...

APC has most of the old corrupt people who have kept Nigeria where we are today while PDP has the new breed corrupt people.

The difference is that for the old breed, money for contract were chopped even without the job being done while the new breed will do the job but with inflated figures.
