one of the principles propounded by economists worldwide is that a govt should not kill the golden goose that lays the golden egg.. A govt would not want to jail it's tax payer unnecessarily when he/she has evaded tax due to the fact that the govt can easily make some sort of compromise in order not to lose at all ...the tax net in lagos does not cover everyone so therefore it will be some what unfair to prosecute common businesses like Jaykay pharmacy and leaving out other firms..
on a final note May God run your life the way JK has run his pharmacy from 1986-2006 with just a shop and a shut down stall somewhere in ogun...

By all means - VOTE, it is your Constitutional Right and a Fundamental Element of Democracy.. what I am saying is what we continue to fail to do in "BLACK AFRICA" (mostly). Task our Public Servants (Not Rulers) to Perform to OUR EXPECTATIONS not theirs. apart from complaining with each passing regime, how many Public Officers have we held accountable for the lives lost due to abandoned projects, poor healthcare, unemployment.. these are duties and obligations we Nigerians often smile and talk about when we hear that in China, a CEO was executed for allowing contaminated baby food get exported to Africa, where a former President is executed for making away with campaign funds after his tenure expired - where a Governor is jailed for molesting a "call-girl". These are countries where her citizens are not lazy buffoons like ours. who hand over the keys to the city to a thief and hope that he does not steal our rights.. 4 years down the line we come back to ask ourselves (worse GOD) why we still have problems.
