harlos: If you remove the first letter of those words and you place it at the back it forms the same words spelt backwards e.g. revive- eviver |

Re: Can You Think Outside The Box? by akinsadeez(m): 1:45pm On Mar 06, 2015 |
harlos: Hmmmm. Bro you got d answer luckily because your sudoku working is wrong. Look at d question again, unlike d normal sudoku it says no row, column or diagonal line must contain d same number twice. You went wrong with d diagonal line part cuz d same numbers are appearing diagonally. in ur workings. The correct answer is below. You will notice no number appears twice diagonally.

Re: Can You Think Outside The Box? by harlos: 2:07pm On Mar 06, 2015 |
akinsadeez:the first row and third row has goes together. The first number on the first row is minus 2 frm d first on the third, the second is plus 2 the third is minus the fourth is plus and so on.... The second and fourth row as minus or plus 1. since u say ts simple so i've been looking out for easy tricks actually my first answer too has a calculation for it. Each column calculated together will equals 24,26, ?, 28, 25 so i guess the ? is 7 which will make it equal 27 |
Re: Can You Think Outside The Box? by akinsadeez(m): 3:06pm On Mar 06, 2015 |
harlos: Yeah....there is no rule about diagonal in normal sudoku, but it was expressly written in the one I posted. |
Re: Can You Think Outside The Box? by akinsadeez(m): 3:22pm On Mar 06, 2015 |
harlos: Hmmmm. well d very simple answer is that every square of four numbers equals 21. so d number left to make that square equal to 21 is 6. |
