It's worth it. Properties in Accra are quite expensive these day. Just a flat at Trassacco Valley is going for US$1 million. Similar price elsewhere around town: Airport City, around the Kufuor hotel area etc. But then the question is, To what end? truth is, Ghana has lost its mojo: dumsor dumsor (epileptic power supply) is now the order of the day in Ghana, security is not as good as it used to be as the average Ghanaian has lost that essential Ghanaian Character of hospitalityand honesty (some say due to the country's new oil economy), urban renewal (Accra, kumasi etc) is in reverse etc.
To all these, add concerns over official policy sommersaults, moreso as she is still a Nigerian (Nigeriaphobia is still alive and strong in Ghana). In all, it's just no longer hip to throw that kind of money on a real estate in Ghana. Definitely not the best of investment decisions.

How much is she worth? I'm damn sure she can't afford a house at that price. Even Rihanna that's worth over $48 Million wouldn't doll out such amount for a house.

Meanwhile, she deserve whatever she want, cos she earn her chada.✌️
Genevieve is worth over $1 million, but I don't think she can afford a "$4 million" home.

Typical. It's Ghanaians like you who have destroyed (and are still destroying) your once beautiful country with your Culture of Insult which your type sees as the only alternative to your previous Rawlings-era Culture of Silence. In your warped understanding of the concept of Freedom, your insult your clergy, you insult your president; you even insult God. You've become so incapable of holding a simple discussion without trading insults that it's become your new normal. Howbeit, truth still is that this same 'hopeless country' is the same one that in all its 'hopelessness' your 'hopeful' country is still owing US$120 million for gas supplied to alleviate your worsening dumsor (ask Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia and your VRA). PREJUDICE STILL IS A LOSER'S GAME! Needless to say, the chickens are already coming home to roost!
