I'm Igbo and most of my friends that are Igbo no dey gree marry early, and their are numerous reason.

If you have any idea why, please kindly share and give advice, if any.

My opinion: I don't think marriage is a race neither is it a competition, it is more like a journey at such, you should be well prepared (emotionally, financially, spiritually, sexually et al) and not just because you're close to 30 or above.

Marriage comes with its baggage, it slows people down. You can achieve more as a single person and ensure that you make life more comfortable for your family when you marry.

I'm inclined to agree but some people seem to to be more financially prosperous years after marriage. So I think it depends.
