Should The Biafrans Be Allowed To Vote? by change9ja(f): 2:42pm On Mar 04, 2015 |
Am just wondering since biafrans supports the Democracy of Biafra. Why should they participate in Election of Nigeria. The Election is for the future of Nigeria not biafra, I dnt see any reason why biafrans are voting with us. Please it just a question. I don't mean any Tribal War. Please No E-war. Thanks 2 Likes |

Nigeria occupied Biafra militarily in 1970 and made her people citizens of Nigeria.. your query is similar to asking whether Tibetans can vote in Chinese elections. so for now, people of Anioma and the SE would vote 2 Likes |

If you were born after 2000, please cease to make comments on this thread because Nigerian History has been distorted, hidden and dumbed down for the new generation of gullible, lost and unappreciative people 3 Likes |

HHEEEEHEEEEEEHHEEEEHEE This will be my sincere say on this matter. If you are Igbo and u believe in the continuity of this country, kindly go ahead and exercise your civic right for the country and let us pray for the best hand to emerge be it JOE or BUHARI. GOD will bless you abundantly as you do soo. On the other hand if you are Igbo and you believe in BIAFRA, please you dont have the right to vote in Nigeria because your vote should not crown a pain on the loving people of Nigeria. if you do then expect the wrath of GOD in your miserable life. i repeat do not vote to avoid the wrath of GOD in your life. Do not quote me negatively and if you do its at your own peril as you provoke the living God. AMEN AND AMEN. 1 Like |

change9ja: One must be practical in times that require common-sense and wisdom. After The British handed over the keys of destiny to Nigeria's Founding Fathers. it was evident that the North pressed an agenda that openly denigrated NIGERIA as an emerging nation and divided passions for nation-hood between yorubas, hausas and igbos. This set the tone for the Civil War and ultimately the constant bickering and tribal wars we witness today. It is the reason while Nigeria will always remain a sad potential among the league of nations. http://www.vanguardngr.com/2010/09/where-the-rain-began-to-beat-us/ “We shall demand our rights when the time is ripe. If the British quit Nigeria now at this stage, the Northern people would continue their uninterrupted conquest to the sea”. BIAFRA is a timely phenomenon that seized the moment when it was ripe - however the "Wise Elders" 9selfishly) deemed it sacrosanct to nourish a malignant cancer which has flourished over the past 60+ years and is threatening to end Nigeria as we know it. Nairaland is a self-evident example. One cannot deny the inevitable - you can see for yourselves that though many are impassioned with the idea of One Nigeria.. millions more are desperate for an end to ethnic hatred, bigotry, violence and death. a separation of the Nigerian Spirit happened over 5 decades ago.. guess what more is left? 1 Like |
