Before President Goodluck Jonathan, past Presidents would give out contracts to fix our water and electricity sources, but they NEVER implemented them!
They would PROMISE #Nigeria one thing, and instead spend their tenure fulfilling selfish desires!

Federal Universities established by President jonathan = 13
State Universities Establish Under President Jonathan = 6 (aLL BY PDP GOVERNORS)
Private Universities Established Under President jonathan = 18
Total University established Under president jonathan = 37 universities.
This is the substance of GEJ's presidency. PDP these are the things you should be communicating to Nigerians about Jonathan.
