Abortion in the rural areas of the North is not that possible. In most instances....you can only get the services of a quack....who will take your money and really give you five star treatment (sarcasm fully intended).

Five star treatment...which might land you in a real hospital where we poor docs and nurses have to labor to put you back together again.(Sometimes we are not lucky).

Me...I oppose abortion. But even if I supported it(being legalized in Nigeria)...we then run into the issue of access to care.Yes America legalized abortion in 1973....by which time they had enough doctors and nurses. When they did not...abortion was illegal.
