This they did systematically by making sure that all pvcs of northern extraction were carefully organised while that of the southern part of the country were messed up. A visit to many states of the southeast discovered that many pvcs are yet to be collected because people could not either find their names in the list or in many cases their PVC. Some who registered in Imo State, their pvcs are in abia while some who registered in one ward discovered their pvcs in another ward.
