Easy.

Sync your Microsoft account with your Windows Phone. Then, sign in to your Microsoft account on your PC, then press the dropdown next to Outlook, and select People. Next, select Manage and choose Export. Now press “Save” to store the exported contacts file "WLMContacts.csv” on your computer (e.g. on your Desktop).

Now you have to transfer your Windows Live (Hotmail) contacts to your Google Account. To do that:

Sign-in to your Gmail account using a desktop computer.
In the main Gmail window, press the drop-down arrow next to “Gmail” and choose “Contacts”.
In Contacts page, press “More” menu and select “Import”.
Now press the “Choose File” button.
Navigate to the location where you saved the Windows Live Contacts file (WLMContacts.csv) in the previous step and “Open” it.
Finally, press the “Import” button and wait until the import process is completed.
And finally to your phone.

On the Android phone, go to “Settings” > “Accounts and Sync”.
Under “Manage Accounts”, select (or “Add”) the Google account you used to import WLM contacts.
Finally press “Sync Contacts”. You're done!

Transfer Contacts from Windows Phone to Android

You have some amazing files on your Windows Phone and you want to send them to your Andorid Phone device. But the Internet is down or you don’t want to eat up precious megabytes off your data pack. So what do you do to send these files?
There’s an easy way and a slightly hard way to get the job done with Mobile Transfer software. The easy solution is of course to find a computer and connect both your phones to it and download the free Mobile Transfer trail version . Now simply copy and paste files from one device to another – both will show up as removable drives on the computers. This is as simple as copying stuff from one pendrive to another.

Along with the rapid rise of Samsung, as well as other brand of Android devices, they brought a lot of brilliant new phones to the customer, like Samsung Galaxy S6, Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, Samsung Galaxy Note 5, Samsung Galaxy A8, HTC One M8, HTC One A9, LG G4, Huawei Mate S, Sony Xperia Z5 and so on. Please keep reading the following tutorial, we will shows you three ways to transfer contacts from Windows Phone to Android with ease.
